V&V Supremo Foods is a family-owned company specializing in authentic Mexican-style dairy products and meats, including cheeses, cremas, and chorizos. Founded in 1964 by Gilberto Villaseñor Sr. and Ignacio Villaseñor, the company began by producing Queso Fresco to serve the Mexican immigrant community in Chicago. Over the years, V&V Supremo has expanded its product line to include a variety of cheeses, such as their award-winning Chihuahua® Brand Quesadilla Cheese, as well as cremas and chorizos made from premium ingredients without fillers or MSG.
